Buying from participating outlets means you are buying meat from a farmer who cares for and respects his animals and maintains the highest standards of traditional stockmanship. Every member is independently audited to meet national standards, whilst ensuring his own unique qualities protect the diversity of Lincolnshire’s rural environment.

How will I recognise this meat?

Our former logo depicting the Hungry Stockman, as well as our new rosette, are clearly displayed at all participating butchers and meat counters. The brand is unique to Lincolnshire and everyone using it has to meet the highest possible standards.
