Specialities include Stuffed Chine (cured pork shoulder, boned and stuffed with parsley) and Lincolnshire Haslet which are both handmade on the premises, and have given rise to Jackson 's Butchers winning the "Lincolnshire Butcher of the Year" on five separate occasions since 1990. Jackson 's make all their own stuffing, and sausages from scratch, as well as their pork pies in their own bakery. Also members of Tastes of Lincolnshire. Their shop can be found in the centre of Louth.
